1. Windows says "Windows protected your PC"
Click More info, then click Run anyway.
2. Black screen, game won't open, or the launcher gets deleted
Your antivirus is blocking the game. Tell it to leave the game folder alone:
- Open the Start menu (Windows Key) and type Windows Security. Open it.
- Click Virus & Threat Protection.
- Under "Virus & Threat Protection Settings"
- Click Manage Settings.
- Scroll down to Exclusions and click "Add or Remove Exclusions".
- Click Add An Exclusion, pick Folder, and choose your 4Genesis folder.
- Close the launcher and open it again.
If you use another antivirus (Avast, Norton, Bitdefender, etc.), do the same thing in that program. Look for "Exclusions" or "Exceptions".
3. Download is slow
Do step 2 first. Antivirus scans every file while
it downloads, and that slows it down a lot.

and tell us which antivirus you use.
